My early morning walk through the woods
was cool, refreshing and quite noisy.
There was a bit of showers, and I do mean bit, the night
before and the rain that collected on the leaves was now dripping from the
canopy to the ground below.
The sound was loud enough to profess
actual rain, but no precipitation was falling from the sky…only falling from
the treetops. Despite the sound like I
was getting soaked, I stayed dry except for one drop that landed on my shoulder.
A kind of walking in the rain without
getting wet…sweet!
